News BySprint Fiber: oggi nel formato da 12 metri
More sheet metal, more parts, more variety. Extra-large-format laser cutting systems enable users to stand out against competitors. Hence, Bystronic is expanding the BySprint Fiber laser cutting system with the 12020 format. The machine can be equipped with the Fiber 3000, 4000, or 6000 laser sources, depending on the user’s requirements.
Thanks to the new extra-large format, users can process metal sheets up to a length of 12 meters using the BySprint Fiber. On the one hand, this increases the machine's productivity, because large metal sheets allow the cut parts to be nested more efficiently. On the other hand, this also significantly reduces undesirable raw material offcuts. Apropos, the BySoft 7 process software supports the user in this process with intelligent nesting procedures.
Inoltre il nuovo formato da 12 metri aumenta la varietà delle applicazioni di taglio su BySprint Fiber. All’occorrenza, da una lamiera di formato grande si possono tagliare, oltre a svariati pezzi piccoli, anche pezzi grandi senza che la macchina interrompa il taglio laser. Si tratta di un vantaggio sulla concorrenza che gli impianti di taglio laser nei formati standard più diffusi non offrono.
Oltre alle applicazioni di taglio con lamiere extra-large, è possibile anche la lavorazione di lamiere in formati più piccoli, che possono essere allineate sulla lunga tavola di lavorazione del BySprint Fiber. Gli operatori possono predisporre materiale di scarto sufficiente per poi far funzionare il sistema di taglio laser più a lungo durante le operazioni di taglio.
Oltre a BySprint Fiber 12020, Bystronic propone il laser in fibra nei formati da 8020, 6520, 4020 e 3015.
